Positions available:

Head Chef (SGD3,000 - SGD4,000)

  • Training and development of new and existing staff.
  • Participate in the creative side of menu development and create periodic specials for the company outlets.
  • Supervise operations to ensure that food quality, food safety cleanliness, hygiene standards and costing are well maintained.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Oversee operations daily. Provide support to junior employees with various tasks including food preparation, checking on the quality of products, etc.
  • Improving food preparation methods based on feedback.
  • Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure high-quality food and service.

Chef de Partie/Cook (SGD2,200 - SGD2,800)

  • Supervise operations to ensure that food quality, food safety cleanliness, hygiene standards and costing are well maintained.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef, Manager, Head of Café Operations and Front of House Team to ensure the kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Administer, inspect and control stocks and inventory to minimise wastage and pilferage.
  • Oversee and facilitate the preparation of menu for any events as and when required.
  • Participate in the creative side of menu development and create periodic specials for the company outlets.

Experienced Floor Staff/Floor Supervisor (SGD2,200 - SGD2,800)

  • Identify, communicate, and perform proper responsibilities and practices to ensure a smooth flow of operations as and when given instructions by any manager or person of equal or higher superiority
  • Prepare and present food and beverage efficiently and quickly
  • Prepare coffee-based drinks with an espresso machine and other non-coffee-based drinks with facilities and equipment provided
  • Serve food and drinks in a jovial and professional manner
  • Ensure that food quality, food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistent with restaurant requirements

Experienced Bartender (SGD2,200 - SGD2,800)

  • Identify, communicate, and perform proper responsibilities and practices to ensure a smooth flow of operations as and when given instructions by any manager or person of equal or higher superiority
  • Prepare, execute, and present beverage items efficiently and quickly
  • Prepare all non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks with the equipment and tools required in alignment with food hygiene and safety standards
  • Guide, recommend, and educate guests and clients on beverage products in appropriate circumstances
  • Always maintain a responsible manner of alcohol service.
  • Ensure that food quality, food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistent with bar restaurant standards
