Not at all! While we roast our coffee with a specific brewing method in mind, we also encourage experimentation. Home brewing is a personal journey, and high-quality coffee beans allow one to enjoy a delicious beverage without needing to over-optimise the brewing process.

We recommend keeping your coffee beans in the bag they're delivered in. The one-way valves expel CO2 while preventing oxygen from entering the bags. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

For optimal flavour we recommend consuming the beans 10 days after the roast date and within 4 weeks from the roast date.

We label each bag of coffee with its corresponding roast date.

At Sarnies we work with passionate coffee traders and source coffee beans that are transparent and traceable. Knowing that our investment directly benefits the farmers assures us that the coffee quality remains consistent from crop to crop.

We use electric coffee roasters, which are more sustainable compared to traditional gas roasters. This innovative approach enables us to craft appetising flavour profiles that would otherwise be challenging to replicate consistently. Pairing roasting technologies with our precise QA protocol ensures that our customers receive only roasted beans of the highest quality.

Great Coffee but the subscription model is pita

Love Sarnies coffee and would love to subscribe but whenever we go away the coffee builds up and goes stale, so I share my coffee orders between brands and pay full price. Please fix it...
